So you're headed to the MotorCity? What is there to do? What is there to see? One of the first things people look for when they are in another city to visit are good restaurants.
Everybody loves good food right? So what are the best spots in Detroit to satisfy your hunger? For starters, you will want to go to Fishbone's which is located in the Greektown District in Downtown Detroit.
You can find anything from seafood, to traditional American cuisine and you must try the fried ice cream for desert.
The prices are not overly expensive and you will get your money's worth.
It has been one of the top restaurants in the city for awhile now and if you ate here you would see why.
Another good restaurant to check out is Seldom Blues.
One thing I love about eating here, is the great view that overlooks the Detroit River.
It's a great compliment to look at while you're eating or in between good conversation.
You will find a great range of food here as well as great music to accompany you.

During the winter months I love it that they convert the park into a skating rink.

The new walk stretches down a major portion of the Detorit River and you can rollerblade, run, bike, walk, or just sit and enjoy the view.
